DISPATCH TIME

Standard Dispatch Time: Due to a high volume of orders, your order may take up to 2 business days to dispatch from Baiia offices, please be patient as we carefully pack your orders. All orders are sent from our HQ in sunny Brisbane, Queensland.

Please note all orders are final and we cannot guarantee any changes to your order before it is dispatched, including cancellations. Cancellations will incur a merchant fee.

Express Shipping over $200: Free 

Express Shipping under $200: $20

Please note that in certain rare cases where the shipping cost of an order is significantly higher due to factors such as the weight, size of the package, or the delivery location, we reserve the right to request additional payment to cover these excess shipping fees. Should this situation arise, we will promptly contact the customer to discuss the options available. The customer may choose to proceed with the additional payment to cover the excess shipping fees or alternatively, they may opt to cancel their order. However, it's important to understand that we are unable to refund any merchant fees associated with the canceled order.

INTERNATIONAL LOCAL GOVERNMENT DUTIES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Overseas Taxes, Duties and/or Tariffs may be payable by you, the customer, dependant on your country.

European Union - Your local government will generally apply GST/VAT upon arrival. This varies per country so check your local regulations. PLEASE NOTE: As of July 1st 2021, the EU has removed the 22 Euro de minimis limit. This means that your order will be subject to VAT upon arrival. Unfortunately, Baiia can not pre-pay these taxes on your behalf.

Any local government import and duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient. Please understand that this is not within our control and we cannot pre pay these taxes. We advise contacting your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

If you choose to refuse a shipment or a parcel is returned to sender, Baiia Pty Ltd reserves the right to charge a fee to cover the costs incurred of shipping, handling and merchant fees associated.

ShipAid is our stress free delivery protection. Should your order be lost, stolen or damaged while in transit, ShipAid ensures you qualify for a replacement or refund. ShipAid is automatically added at checkout, but can be removed. Please note - if you choose not to opt in, we cannot guarantee compensation in the event of loss, theft or damage to your parcel during transit.

PRE-ORDERS

If your item is on pre-order, this will be dispatched once it becomes available. You can find estimated delivery timeframes on the product page of your chosen item. If your order contains multiple items with one or more pre-orders, these will be sent together once the pre-order item(s) are ready for dispatch. If you’d like to organise for your items to be sent separately, please drop us a line at lovemail@baiia.com.au.

Please note pre-order time frames are a delivery estimate only and are subject to change. Please let us know if you are hoping to have your pre-order item by a certain date and we will try our best to accommodate.

 

AVAILABILITY

Although we endeavour to keep stock lists up to date, unavailable stock may be displayed online. In the case of an order being placed which is not available we will contact you to process a refund or to find a suitable alternative.
